Coaching Minor
Requirements
UW-Superior education programs are approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to fulfill specific licensure requirements for the state of Wisconsin at the time of degree completion. Some requirements may unavoidably change as state requirements change; stay in close communication with your advisors throughout your program. This minor, in conjunction with another teacher licensure major/minor, the Instruction minor, and appropriate student teaching, leads to a Wisconsin Coaching Athletics license.
Students completing the K-12 Physical Education licensure program for Wisconsin licensure are eligible for the Wisconsin Athletic Coaching license without this minor.
