Associate of Science in Liberal Arts

The A.S. in Liberal Arts degree (a two-year degree) is primarily intended to provide a broad liberal arts background, with an emphasis in natural and social sciences, and is designed to be the foundation, and satisfy the University Studies requirements, for most bachelor's degree programs. Students who intend to transfer to another institution should earn an Associate of Science degree prior to leaving UW-Superior. Latin honors are not awarded for associate degrees.
